The Lord continued to open doors for us to minister to farm workers in the White River area. Most farms allowed us 15–30 minutes, usually at 07:00, as work needed to begin promptly.
Blueberry Farm (June–November)
From June to November, we ministered weekly on a blueberry farm. During harvest season, up to 1,000 temporary workers came onto the farm. Xolani, Michael, and I were committed to going every week when management allowed. We were also blessed by Rebecca and Collin, who joined us whenever possible. When we began to worship, the Holy Spirit took over. Although we were officially only allowed 30 minutes, time was often divinely stretched as we prayed, worshipped, ministered, and blessed the workers. The workers were eager to engage, and we were grateful to see new believers, as well as healings, restorations, and miracles during our visits.
Macadamia / Avocado Farm
This farm had a smaller, more permanent group of workers. We were able to build trust over time and show consistent love and compassion. We were welcomed to minister throughout the year.
Macadamia / Litchi Farm
Here too, we ministered to permanent workers, focusing on building relationships, blessing them, and encouraging revival through the Holy Spirit.
We were also supported by a Farm Ministry prayer group—faithful saints who prayed with and for us, and for the workers, as we ministered. We were blessed and humbled to evangelize in this way. Thank you to everyone involved in the work of revival—every soul touched mattered, and we gave God all the glory.
